Laura Harring est une actrice américaine née le 3 mars 1964 à Los Mochis (Sinaloa) au Mexique. Son père est d'origine allemande.
En 1985 elle est élue Miss USA, elle est la première hispanique à gagner ce titre.
Après avoir été l'épouse d'un prince allemand appartenant à la famille Bismarck, elle débute dans le métier d'actrice dans les années 1980 sous différents pseudonymes: Laura Éléna Harring, Laura Martinez Harring, Laura Éléna Herring et Laura Herring.
